XAnge Capital, an industrial venture capital company started in April 2003 by La Poste Group, which has a 34% share in the capital, was accompanied by a pool of eight industrial and institutional investors (AGF, Alten, La Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, CNP Assurances, Deloitte &Touche Corporate Finance, GMF, Laser-Cofinoga, Néopost).

XAnge Capital very actively invests in the business sector associated with the professional sectors of La Poste, likely to create synergies and partnerships (Electronic exchange and commerce, transaction security, customer relationship management and direct marketing, document processing, logistics…).

 UCOPIA is the seventh investment undertaken by XAnge Capital since its creation, with most investments having been completed in its capacity as lead manager (Kiala, Dolphian, Etiam, Ecensity, KXEN, Vision Objects).
